Schedules of Kalu rinpoche's teaching at Beobdeungsa (Oct 1st~3rd, 8th ~ 11th-Nyungne Practice, 12th~14th-Four deities yoga teachings) and Bonginsa (Oct 5th ~ 7th-Four preliminary practices) will be held as a Temple stay program. Since supplies for sleeping and washing are limited the gompas' recommend that people bring their own blanket or sleeping bags and supplies for washing.
Average temperature in Korea during September is 20 ℃(68 F) and October 14℃(57.2 F). Temperature in the mountains could be lower so it is recommended you bring shawls and light sweaters to wear at night and early mornings.
For a Eco-Friendly program the gompa's would appreciate if people bring their own tea cups for tea and coffee.
Thanks for posting this information in English. My Korean isn't very good, so it's a little bit hard to follow over at the dharmalamp cafe, especially the dharma vocabulary. Now I know what the different programs are all about. Thanks!
